Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops (corn, soybeans, wheat)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and field maintenance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with packing and loading harvested produce
- Maintain accurate farm records and equipment logs
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for repetitive manual tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during peak season
