Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (cotton, grain, sorghum)
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters)
- Monitor crop health and irrigation systems
- Apply pesticides/fertilizers per EPA guidelines
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Maintain farm cleanliness and safety protocols
- Work 10-12 hour shifts in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A sponsorship
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime
- Basic English communication skills
