Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of crops (corn, soybeans, tomatoes)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field cleanliness and crop quality standards
- Assist with planting, weeding, and irrigation tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Participate in team-based field operations
- Report equipment issues or crop health concerns
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Basic English communication skills
- Prior agricultural experience preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
