Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack high-value crops (grapes, almonds, tomatoes)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Perform field maintenance (irrigation setup, weed control)
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate production records
- Work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, dust)
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 3 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Availability to work 10-12 hour days, 6 days/week
