Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and prepare shipments for domestic and international distribution
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to quality control standards and regulatory compliance requirements
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (international degrees accepted)
- Basic English proficiency (written and spoken); language support provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
