Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters)
- Inspect crops for quality and pest/disease control
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides per safety guidelines
- Perform field maintenance and irrigation system checks
- Assist with packing and sorting harvested produce
- Maintain accurate farm records and inventory
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of prior farm labor experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
