Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and assembly lines in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections of products to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure seamless workflow.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Basic English proficiency sufficient to understand safety instructions and work instructions.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various temperature conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Eligible for or open to EB3 Unskilled Visa sponsorship.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
