Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production tasks on the factory floor.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks using standard equipment.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and company quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following safety instructions.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US or possess a valid visa for sponsorship.
