Responsibilities
- Manufacturing & Assembly: Operate standard machinery and assemble products according to blueprints and safety guidelines.
- Food Service: Prepare and serve food items in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Warehouse Operations: Receive, inspect, and stock inventory; assist with loading and unloading trucks safely.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including floors, equipment, and restrooms, adhering to health regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
- Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks on products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (or possess eligibility for EB3 Visa sponsorship).
- Ability to read and understand basic English instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required for unskilled roles.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
