Responsibilities
- Perform daily machine operation and assembly line tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Monitor production output and report any equipment malfunctions or quality defects immediately.
- Package finished goods securely for shipping and distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Follow all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or possess a valid passport for visa processing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills for safety instructions.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (on-the-job training provided).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
