Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues, order discrepancies, and service complaints
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates)
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
- Maintain positive brand representation in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation to downtown Jacksonville office
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays as needed
