Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
