Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing issues and product concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in weekly process improvement workshops
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience OR transferable skills
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude with conflict resolution skills
