Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including corn, soybeans, and vegetables
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures under supervision
- Perform field maintenance including irrigation setup and repair
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist in packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous agricultural/farm experience preferred but not required
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (we provide sponsorship)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license a plus
