Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack tropical fruits/vegetables according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Perform field maintenance (planting, irrigation, pest control)
- Adhere to FDA and USDA agricultural compliance guidelines
- Document daily production activities and inventory
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet seasonal targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa sponsorship required
- Minimum 2 years commercial farming experience
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida climate (heat/humidity)
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
