Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Perform manual labor including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and packing procedures
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist in irrigation system maintenance and field inspections
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams under supervisor guidance

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility to obtain one
