Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate heavy machinery and farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain farm facilities, irrigation systems, and fencing structures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and agricultural regulations.
- Load, unload, and transport agricultural products for processing or sale.
- Assist in general farm maintenance, clean-up, and waste management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and overtime.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess valid work authorization.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
