Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables)
- Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and facilities
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Assist with livestock feeding and basic care
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic understanding of farm equipment operation
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to communicate in English or Spanish
