Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including weeding, pruning, and harvesting crops according to established quality standards.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and tools, ensuring they are clean and in safe working condition.
- Load, unload, and sort harvested products onto trucks and storage containers.
- Ensure the farm facility and work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and H2A labor standards to maintain a secure workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess valid US work authorization.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and humidity.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated worksite.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred for safety and coordination purposes.
