Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tobacco, corn, soybeans)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through pest/disease monitoring and treatment
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for market distribution
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with greenhouse operations and field maintenance
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
Qualifications
- Physically capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions
