Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop fields including planting, harvesting, and irrigation maintenance
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Inspect crops for quality and report issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist in packing and sorting agricultural products for shipment
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (employer-sponsored)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Basic English communication skills (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- No prior agricultural experience required – training provided
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
