Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops using sustainable practices
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures
- Maintain farm facilities and equipment in optimal condition
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Assist in packing and processing harvested produce

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on agricultural experience
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
