Job Overview
As an H2A Agriculture Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and packing crops. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to standards and schedules
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Assist in packing and sorting produce for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Work efficiently in a team environment
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for the H2A visa program
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Valid identification and work authorization documents
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Basic communication skills in English or Spanish
