Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop cultivation, planting, harvesting, and field maintenance
- Operate farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Maintain accurate records of crop progress and yield data
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize farming operations
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packaging activities
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation and soil management practices
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship through our program
- Minimum 1 year of prior agricultural/farming experience
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Valid driver's license (preferred for equipment operation)
- No prior agricultural experience required with proper training
