Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (grapes, citrus, almonds)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Work efficiently in various weather conditions
- Assist with packing and sorting harvested produce
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Must possess valid H2A Visa or be eligible for sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year prior agricultural experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability to work 6-7 days/week during peak season
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
