Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
- Conduct thorough system inspections to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Adhere to all local, state, and OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate service records and customer documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues in plain language.
- Collaborate with the office team to schedule appointments and manage inventory.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree not required).
- License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- Experience: Prior experience in HVAC or general mechanical trades is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read blueprints, and strong problem-solving abilities.
