Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of workstations to ensure a safe environment.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Adhere to all company quality control standards and production schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of daily production output.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for EB3 Unskilled Visa Sponsorship (no prior US experience required).
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills in English.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Plano facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
