Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction site preparation, including cleaning and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for EB3 visa sponsorship (no prior US work experience required).
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (hot summers in Phoenix).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid passport or ability to obtain travel documents.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
