Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including cutting, drilling, and assembly.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles or hand trucks.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and general cleanup as directed.
Qualifications
- Willingness to undergo the EB3 visa sponsorship process and obtain the necessary work authorization.
- No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills for safety instructions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
