Responsibilities
- Perform general unskilled labor tasks such as material handling, loading, and unloading.
- Assist with construction, maintenance, or manufacturing projects under direct supervision.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all site safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions as required.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for EB-3 Unskilled Labor classification.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid passport or ability to obtain one for visa processing.
