Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide holistic support to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
