Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics, including packing, shipping, and unpacking services.
- Manage relationships with third-party moving vendors and transportation providers.
- Process and audit relocation expense reports and vendor invoices accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to employees and their families during the moving process.
- Ensure compliance with all company relocation policies and government regulations.
- Conduct site surveys and home appraisals as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relocation coordination or corporate logistics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relocation management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
