Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the 3rd shift.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to the product management team.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude during late-night shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or remote operations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
