Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, packaging, and quality inspection tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Operate machinery and equipment following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production lines to ensure targets are met and maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, attendance requirements, and shift schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the Cleveland location.
