Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced patient care in ICU/ER settings with cutting-edge technology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex treatment plans
- Maintain precise medical documentation and compliance protocols
- Mentor junior staff through evidence-based practice initiatives
- Participate in hospital quality improvement programs
- Provide trauma response in Level I Trauma Center
- Lead patient education initiatives for diverse populations
Qualifications
- BSN or higher from accredited institution
- Active RN license (or eligible for endorsement in TN)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- Valid US work visa eligibility (visa sponsorship provided)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Excellent command of English (written/spoken)
- Specialty certifications (CCRN, TNCC) preferred
