Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medications, and health maintenance.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida (or compact state eligibility).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with experience.
- Eligibility for US Visa sponsorship (H1B, O-1, or Green Card holders).
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
