Responsibilities
- Perform efficient crop harvesting and sorting operations
- Operate and maintain specialized agricultural machinery
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality control protocols

- Participate in seasonal crop preparation and packaging

Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa eligibility or willingness to secure sponsorship
- Minimum 2 years of commercial farming experience
- Ability to work 10+ hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- Basic machinery operation certification preferred
- Strong physical stamina and lifting capability (50+ lbs)
