Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop harvesting (tobacco, corn, soybeans)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment sanitation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Assist in crop sorting, grading, and packaging
- Participate in irrigation system maintenance
- Complete daily production reports accurately
- Collaborate with team leads to meet harvest deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
