Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including strawberries, tomatoes, and citrus
- Operate and maintain farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and implement integrated pest management techniques
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution according to quality standards
- Adhere to all OSHA and agricultural safety protocols
- Maintain accurate field records and production reports
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (no prior visa required)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work 40-50 hours weekly including weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
