Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting (vegetables, fruits, and grains) with precision and efficiency
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following strict safety protocols
- Sort, pack, and prepare agricultural products for distribution
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/pest issues
- Adhere to all H2A program requirements and labor regulations
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation and soil preparation
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 2 years commercial agriculture experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic English proficiency for safety communication
- Valid driver's license (tractor operation experience preferred)
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts during peak seasons
- Documentation proving legal authorization to work in the US
