Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, and harvesting crops in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Monitor crop quality and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship or hold a valid work permit.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat.
- Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous labor for extended hours.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by the harvest season.
- Valid ID and documentation proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is preferred but not required.
