Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain advanced agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform precise crop cultivation, planting, and harvesting activities according to quality standards
- Implement integrated pest management and sustainable farming practices
- Monitor crop health and irrigation systems to optimize yield and resource efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or ability to obtain through our program
- Minimum 2 years of commercial farming experience with mechanized equipment
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions including heat and inclement weather
- Basic English proficiency for safety training and equipment operation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and operate heavy machinery
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
