Responsibilities
- Perform assembly line tasks and production operations efficiently.
- Operate standard machinery and tools following all safety protocols.
- Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Package and label goods accurately for shipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic English communication skills for instructions and teamwork.
- Willingness to work in various environments (temperature controlled or outdoor).
- No specialized technical certification required (Unskilled Labor classification).
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
