Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision for technology integration across all business units.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, Edge Computing).
- Lead the 'Future Lab' initiative, prototyping high-potential concepts and presenting them to the C-Suite for investment.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading universities, research institutes, and emerging tech startups.
- Manage the innovation budget and ensure a positive ROI on long-term R&D projects.
- Mentor a team of product strategists and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated history of defining long-term roadmaps and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Deep technical fluency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Software Architecture.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation.
