Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and automation across core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Technology Forecasting: Continuously monitor emerging tech trends (Web3, Quantum Computing, Advanced ML) to identify opportunities for disruption.
- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the delivery of major strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, attracting top-tier engineering and product talent to support the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Technology sector, with a proven track record of driving strategic transformation.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (3-5 year horizon) and translate high-level goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and software development lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex scalability and architecture problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
