Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of seasonal crops (cotton, grains, vegetables)
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery with proper safety protocols
- Sort, clean, and package harvested products according to quality standards
- Assist in daily equipment maintenance and field preparation tasks
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
- Participate in team-based production goals and quality control checks
- Document daily production metrics and inventory counts
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, dust)
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Physical stamina for repetitive manual labor (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Reliable transportation to worksite (housing provided if needed)
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
