Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in high-volume hotel/restaurant environments
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following strict hygiene protocols
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and guest coordination
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to deliver seamless service
- Adhere to all H2B program requirements and visa regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility for 2026 season
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
