Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery during peak seasons.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including food safety and workplace hazard prevention.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Perform light maintenance duties as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Current eligibility for H2B non-immigrant visa status (or eligible to obtain one).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or seasonal labor is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
