Responsibilities
- Perform assembly line operations and packaging tasks with high efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in warehouse organization and stocking.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and quotas.
- Operate machinery and tools safely under the supervision of senior staff.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status (US Citizens/Holders eligible).
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the Plano, TX location.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or general labor is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
