Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service to all visitors, ensuring a memorable and professional experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas to meet strict company standards.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and execution as required by management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, workplace regulations, and attendance policies.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States under H2B Visa status (or US Citizen).
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food & beverage is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
